(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kdevelop
Version: 3.0 (using KDE 2.2.0 CVS/CVSup/Snapshot)
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: GCC 2.95.2
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

KDevelop 1.4x had a template for KDE-2 Mini described as "Create a KDE-2 application with an empty main widget." There appears to be nothing similar in Gideon. It appears that I'm stuck either starting from scratch using the C++ template and writing my own makefiles or dealing with all the overhead of a full application framework with no choice in between.
