reopen of 166190 bug

In case the user presses print screen more than a few times (and since in e.g. DELL's print screen button is too close to open CD-ROM, clicking many print screen times is likely, as users likes to press first, try later), knsapshot windows starts opening infinitely.

Only killing X (and loosing all unsaved data) "solves" the issue

But since 20 instance it gets so slow - you cant even move a mouse, and each next instance opens in more than minute.

As it could be KHotkeys or X.Org bug, might it is possible to limit number of allowed instances of ksnapshot.

Thus if there are more than e.g. 5–9 windows of knsapshot, just ignore and exit the next instances?

Reproducible: Sometimes
