duplicated folder names of my documents, music, downloads, and some other folders in your home folder and they disappear, all data This bug report lacks the required information to even understand what happened. Do you say the complete .kde folder disappeared? What did you do before and after the reboot? Did you use a clean shutdown or forced a reboot? To me it sounds like a filesystem corruption, caused by unsafe settings of the ext4 journaling writeback mode, but without further information, this is hard to say.
