Snapshot of artifacts. These artifacts were generated on KUbuntu 12.04 by right-clicking while looking at a webpage in Chrome. They are persistent, and switching virtual desktops does not remove them. They persist through all desktops and I don't know how to get rid of them, other than perhaps logging out, which I prefer not to do, but will likely be forced to do as they can't be interacted with. I wasn't doing anything special at the time. I do have a ton of desktop applications running perhaps that has an effect. They are on top of all other windows.

I am setting the status to NEEDSINFO pending your response, please change the Status back to REPORTED when you respond. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! Dear Bug Submitter, This is a reminder that this bug has been stagnant for a long time. Could you help us out and re-test if the bug is valid in the latest version? This bug will be moved back to REPORTED Status for manual review later, which may take a while. If you are able to, please lend us a hand. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! Wow, long time. I tested it again now, with krfb and krdc version 18.04.3 (both) I'm not seeing the same artifacts anymore, but there are still 2 problems: - parts of the screen are not updating - occasionally some thin horizontal and vertical lines appear across the screen, I guess those can count as a different kind of artifacts |
