I wanted to see the full source file and not just the spots with changes.
I tried all changes under configure Kompare/Diff/Format but it had no consequences for the output format.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
go to Kompare/Diff/Format and change something.

Actual Results:  
Nothing

I am experiencing the same bug using Kompare 4.1.2 on LinuxMint 13 KDE 64-bit edition.

Uhm, yes, those options behave strangely. If I set the number of context lines, it appears to have no effect at first, but after I restart Kompare, the new setting is used.
