Could you please upgrade to Amarok 2.4.1 and try again? See also http://kubuntu.org/news I installed to the version recommended, still did not fix the problem, which now occurs always when shutting off. Could you please provide a new backtrace? This is not necessarily the same as there were quite some changes since 2.4.0 Closing for lack of feedback. Feel free to reopen if you can provide the necessary information and can reproduce this with Amarok 2.4.2 beta 1 or later Created attachment 70521 [details]
New crash information added by DrKonqi
amarok (2.5.0) on KDE Platform 4.8.2 (4.8.2) using Qt 4.8.1
- What I was doing when the application crashed: Nothing in particular, just closed amarok and the crash report came up. One strange thing I noticed is that the last 3-4 days amarok icon do not appear in the system tray.

Jannis, please do not attach backtraces to reports closed since more than 6 months for versions much older. Also your backtrace shows this is not at all the same bug, yours is a duplicate of bug 295951, already fixed in the development branch. |
