I visited the front page of http://arstechnica.com/index.ars, and opened several articles in separate tabs.  I read some of the articles and closed them.  While reading page 4 of a review of the HP Veer, 
http://arstechnica.com/gadgets/reviews/2011/05/smartphone-the-abridged-version-ars-reviews-the-hp-veer.ars/4, rekonq suddenly crashed.  I did not notice any odd behaviour before that.

I used rekonq to read page 4 two more times, and it crashed.  In all three cases I was on the page for some time before rekonq crashed.  Ars dynamically loads page elements as the user scrolls the page; perhaps one of these items is the cause, but I had scrolled to a different point on the page in all three cases.
