This is a problem of amarok team and of amarok users if you think this bug has been resolved by your wit. I am not a member of neither the first or the second group any more. So, you can continue your policy, Myriam, I do not care about it. It is a configuration problem, please check the forum. Amarok should not move albums into the various artists folder, because artist is known, thus THIS IS A BUG. I am not a developer of Amarok to know is it configuration problem or collection scanner or something else, it does not regard me. I just download and install it.
I am not ashamed to say that the decision to moving all albums without album name into a single folder is a very bad idea. There is many solutions to do it right. Developers can use combinations of other fields, or, as I told before, for me would be better just see "${album_year} - unknown 1" or simply "unknown 1", "unknown 2" and so on, without any intricacies. Since it is realy has unknown title it should be displayed as unknown, but in right place.

Lol, configuration of what? Of amarok source code? I doubt that you understand what the problem is. Therefore, I do not want to explain anything.

Would not it be better to show it where I expect to find it? Reproducible: Always Expected Results: It just should be under an "unknown" label, but not in the various artists folder, this is completely wrong. If there is a few albums with unknown title it should be named as ${year}-unknown, or even "unknown 1".."unknown n" would be better than mowing it to this trash — various artists.
