Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
$ touch file_name

Actual Results:  
Sometimes Dolphin notices a new file being created, sometimes it doesn't.

Expected Results:  
Dolphin always notices a new file being created.

I've disabled Nepomuk before testing that and increased max , so I think it's not a lack of inotify watches (I'll be glad if you provide a way to get inofity statistics to get 100% sure).

Also, other applications miss file notifications too (KDevelop, open dialog, etc) so this might actually be KDirWatch problem.

I'm on Archlinux  KDE 4.6.3  Linux 2.6.38
