In slideshow mode of plasma,any video player playing a video file does not play the video smoothly.In other words,whenever the slideshow changes the wallpaper, the video does not play smoothly.I have tried this experiment with  almost all the video players.All give the same result.(Although i am having a good processor(AMD Phenom(quad core)and a good nvidia graphics card).And,also the load on my memory is very low.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
default kde installtion, desktop effects are enabled,and slideshow mode is enabled.now,try to play any video in any video player.when the slideshow mode changes its wallpaper,the video does not play normally.

Actual Results:  
The video does not smoothly.

Expected Results:  
The video  should have run smoothly.(in any video player).
