When you first install any USB drive, Device Manager window opens in the left
side of the screen away from the system tray icon. (Figure 1) If you expand the
window by clicking the system tray icon then a window set in the right of the
screen as needed. (Figure 2)

I think that in the first case the window must be deployed on the right side of
the screen

It appears I have all computers

It appears I have on all computers and appeared after upgrading to KDE 4.6.3
