This should likely be fixed upstream if it is not already available there.

I would like to be able to set something like "don't mail me if another bug was marked as duplicate of this". For those bitten by popular bugs you may get dozens of those mails per week that add few value if you are only a reporter and not the assignee of that bug. Of maybe even then.

My KDE version is 4.6.3, this is missing in the combobox.
