I have version libQt4-sql-mysql (4.7.1-7.2x86_64) and everything else was 4.7.2-166-1 (x86_64). I just upgraded it and will post result after testing.

Did updating the QtSql driver version to match Qt version fix the issue?

With 5.0.0, the crash is not reproducible anymore.
