Dolphin isn't display share options for NFS Server in folder properties, even if NFS kernel server and kdenetwork-filesharing is installed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install NFS kernel server and kdenetwork-filesharing.
2. Open properties of any folder.
3. Select Share tab.

Actual Results:  
There is only "Install Samba..." button.

Expected Results:  
Because NFS kernel server and kdenetwork-filesharing is installed I expect NFS filesharing in Share tab.

The folder properties dialogue is managed by KIO.  Reassigning.
