If it turns back on when a key is pressed or the mouse is moved, then maybe yes. If you explicitely need to "up" the brightness to see a picture again, then no. This should be implemented in the hardware (many laptops do that), but we should not take care of it ourselves. Gonna close it as a WON'T Fix. Thanks for reporting, if you really really think this is an essential feature to implement reopen the bug and we can discuss an alternative way of implementing this, but it won't be enabled ior shipped by default. |
