Version:           1.5.2 (using KDE 4.6.2) 
OS:                Linux

akonadi google contact resource entree cannot be removed from kaddressbook even after the resource is removed from akonadi

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1)add akonadi google contact resource 
2) open kaddressbook you will be able to see the entry
3)remove the akonadi google contacts resource from akonadi then stop restart
4)open kaddressbook , you will see the old akonadi google contacts resource entry 
5)try deleting it , it will not go away

i have a similar problem, i cant remove a google resource from kaddressbook but i cant either remove it from akonadiconsole.

* I am in the right place or i have to open a new bug report because i cannot remove the resource either from akonadiconsole ?

I have the same issue with old akonadi_googlecalendar_resource entries.

This bug has only been reported for versions older than KDEPIM 4.14 (at most akonadi-1.3). Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a recent version of akonadi (part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
