Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install GIMP in kubuntu beta 11.10.
Start from menu: fails to start
start from CLI: receive message above.

Remove program and reinstall

Repeat with same results


Actual Results:  
fails to open/start up

Expected Results:  
Supposed to start up 

none
