Screenshot from kmail

Version: 1.13.6 (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

Looks like Kmail always uses "." as IMAP namespace hierarchy delimiter, even if the server announces "/" and even if kmail uses "/" in every other situation.

See the attached screenshot: It's running with "/" (e.g: INBOX/foo). But when KMail has to create a new sub-sub-folder it's using suddenly "." again (e.g.: INBOX/foo.bar instead of INBOX/foo/bar).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Use an IMAP-sever with "/" as delimter,
create two sublevels of IMAP-folder

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.1-1.2-desktop
Compiler: gcc

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
