mail to be printed contains 'Want to manage your order online?'
printer prints 'Wa4t to ma4age your order o4l/4e?'

i changes to /
n changes to 4
- changes to O
Haven't noticed any other changes but these are consistently changed


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
setup email with the line 'iiinnn---'
click print button from Kmail 1.13.6 KDE 4.6.0 

Actual Results:  
printer prints '///444OOO'

Expected Results:  
printer should print 'iiinnn---'

Does it print it normally with eg. kwrite or a non-kde application (eg libreoffice) ?

Yes, it does.  However, the problem seems to lie in the document which was 
printed.  It may be best to close this bug as other documents seem to print 
OK.
