For e.g. if the destination of the copied/moved files already exists, then dolphin will ask for overwrite/merging just before it's copying the files, that means the user will have to wait and see if it will ask for the duplicates; thus it users constant user intervention.

It'll be better if Dolphin asks for the duplicates before starting the file operation.
