Configure Routing Profiles - Monav 'Install New' tab:
Continent combobox entries (m_continentComboBox) are untranslatable
Country combobox entries (m_stateComboBox) are untranslatable
Download Variant combobox entries (m_regionComboBox) are untranslatable

2) Configure Routing Profiles - Routino:
Transport  combobox entries are untranslatable
RoutinoPlugin.cpp: transports << "foot" << "horse" << "wheelchair" << "bicycle" << "moped" << "motorbike" << "motorcar" << "goods" << "hgv" << "psv";

The strings in 1) come from an .xml file which is downloaded. Since I generate the .xml file, I could put its strings into one of our source files with tr() calls. Would that be the way to go? Or is it better to put the remote .xml file into our source tree as well and modify Messages.sh to extract strings from it?
