Therefore I can't see the picture of the contact, I can't click on the e-mail address of him, nor I can make a call through Skype.

Steps to Reproduce:
Press Alt+F2. Type a name of your contacts (like "my mom"), then click on it. Krunner opens a KWrite file like below:
