Similarly to font-size (see bug 113728), Konqueror 4.6.2 can not render appropriately a testcase where line-height has a value lower than 3px or 2pt.

Konqueror 4.7.4 (KHTML rendering engine)

The bug still happens in Konqueror 4.8.4, 
with the KHTML rendering engine and 
when rendering engine mode (View/View Document Information Ctrl+I/ Rendering mode) is "Strict" (web standards compliant rendering mode).

Dear user,

KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6.

Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component.

We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes.

Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML.
