For a lot of actions in KMail its GUI doesn't react in an interactive way, indicating the user the requested actions are being processed.

This leads to confusion for inexperienced users and gives a bad impression to new users, while it also makes working with it at all sometimes a little uncomfortable.

Steps to Reproduce:
The missing GUI interactivity can be seen in various actions. I'm listing them all here, but probably this bug needs to be splitted into several sub-bugs while using this one as a tracker-bug - depending on the necessary actions.

TOPIC: Deletion of mails
- Open a rather large IMAP mailbox
- Select some messages
- Press 'Del'

ISSUE:
It takes up to several minutes until something happens at all.

SOLUTION PROPOSAL:
The GUI should indicate the deletion of the messages instantly when pressing 'Del' while actually queueing the deletion jobs in the background and handing them over to Akonadi.

TOPIC: Preview of mails
- Open an IMAP mailbox
- Click on a mail to see the content of it in the preview window

ISSUE:
It takes up to several minutes until the preview is shown.

SOLUTION PROPOSAL:
It should be possible to have different job priorities in Akonadi.
Things like 'mail preview' should be handled with top priority immediately
Things like 'move mail to another folder' or 'delete mails' should be done in the background when there is nothing else to do
