Note, also, that Hebrew is _not_ installed. The languages that were configured in "Country/Region & Language" beforehand were Hebrew and English.
The "System Languages" module in System Settings is indeed a Kubuntu-specific add-on, and not part of the KDE Software Compilation. Please report this bug to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu |
