Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented. Thank you for your understanding. Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2 Still valid. Sorry for reopening this, I forgot that there was a separate product for KMail2. Bug 209938 is equivalent and has been already moved to KMail2. |
Created attachment 58628 [details] screenshot Version: 1.13.6 (using KDE 4.6.1) OS: Linux As you can see, a long, threaded conversation makes the message overview pretty much useless. While it's obvious why KMail displays it this way, some sort of meta-folding would be appreciated. That way, I could keep the threaded view but expand the relevant parts, only. Ideally, a line like "n more" with a plus in front would take the place of the full thread at 5 (or 10) messages. Reproducible: Always OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.38-2-686 Compiler: gcc
