Automatically hiding panel randomly fails to hide itself.
It stays above all windows then and there is no way to hide it (changing it's focus, switching windows, opening/closing windows, etc.).


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Set panel to hide itself.
Use it for some time.

Actual Results:  
Panel fails to hide itself randomly.

Expected Results:  
Panel should always hide itself when not in use.
