I tried to open the file "Mitgliedsantrag.pdf" which can be found at http://www.oedp-bayern.de/fileadmin/user_upload/bundesverband/service/Mitgliedsantrag.pdf
Okular does not start but crash, this starts the error report.

This is the output starting okular from console:
