PDF with errors.
Make sure you are using the latest stable Poppler release (0.16.4). If the bug happens even with it, please report the issue to the Poppler's bug tracking system at https://bugs.freedesktop.org, "poppler" product. I have a similar stream of messages from okular ("Failed parsing page xx using hint tables") for a pdf file (generated by a commercial on-line publishing service) which renders fine with acroread and xpdf. If I do not run from terminal I see no messages at all, but rendering is all wrong (missing pages, pages out of order etc). My version of okular (ass supplied by my distro is 0.11.2 so I guess might have been fixed if I understand correctly the comments above. I am not attaching the offending pdf unless somebody asks to see it (I suspect of little interest). |
