I want to get rid of the bookmarks toolbar but it reappears when I restart rekonq.
In settings->toolbars shown it's an empty menu item, from the button menu it gets displayed properly as bookmarks toolbar. Both hide the toolbar but only until the restart of rekonq.

The same in here with 0.7.0.
