It would be great if umbrello will let users to link diagrams (when nested for example nested actions in activity diagram).

Reproducible: Didn't try

NONE

Expected Results:  
Double right-click on action having nested diagram will jump to proper diagram.

If bug 67062 is re-fixed then note widgets could be used for this.

Let me put it differently: Fixing bug 67062 would make implementing the current wish much easier because the fundamental mechanism is the same.
