If many annotations are open, it is difficult to see which annotation belongs to which annotation mark in the document. Annotations should (possibly only under pressed shift or when mouse is hovers over it) show by some kind of arrow, where they expand from.
If you double click an already-open annotation, corresponding annotation should also identify itself in the same manner.

I would like to second this request, I also encounter this problem when several annotations are on the same parts of a document.
