It would be nice if there was a review tool which behaved like the freehand tool, but didn't stop automatically after every stroke, had a black default colour and didn't have those strange spikes on the apexes.

Following this implementation, don't you think it would be more comfortable for all tools to behave that way, don't stop working after every stroke, only if the user toggles the state of the current tool or selects another one.

I think you can double click on a tool to keep it selected.
