Description Beco 2011-03-16 01:17:55 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.5)
OS: Linux

Some times, I don't figured out when yet, kate starts writing in the inverse direction, and starts overwriting the word with 2 chars length. For example, if you type the word "case", it would appear as "ec", the cursor blinks at "e", and keeps there overwriting.

Strange... I'm using UBUNTU 10.04, and Kate is 3.4.5. The application version was not available in the field above to specify.

Thanks.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
I don't know yet. I'm just typing.

Actual Results:
Can't write anymore. It starts writing inversed for 2 chars, and then overwriting at the same place. Need to save, close application, and restart to keep working.

Expected Results:
Expect to see the word I typed in the correct order of chars, according to the order I typed.
