KRDB writes out config files for GTK+ 1 and 2, but not 3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Look for a GTK+ 3 config file with (at least) KDE color settings.

Actual Results:  
No such config file.

Expected Results:  
GTK+ 3 config file written.
