The kmail mobile settings dialog is not scrollable anymore since Qt version change.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open kmail mobile
2) Open actions flap
3) Choose Mail
4) Click on Configure Mail

Settings dialog opens and is not scrollable. It also has a black background.

Also the korganizer mobile settings dialog is affected
