When you try to add keywords via

Settings -> Composer -> Standard Template -> Insert Command

%CURSOR does not appear in any of the menus.

I confirm it.
And we can't add %BLANK too.
Don't understand why.

Move to KMail2

Fixed in kmail master (can't add to 4.7.1 because it adds new i18n)
