I have personal and Business-Contacts in my Adressbook.
It would be a realy great feature, if i could choose in the contact-settings of each contact, which one is the preffered mail-account to send.

For example: 
   Jon Doo :  smtp@gmx.de
   Jenny Doo: smtp@business.de

It is possible to select a "default" email address pr contact. click the elipsis button right of the email address field in the contact editor and add emailadresses, then select which one to use as default.

As far as I can see, that is what you ask for.

Otherwise please reopen this and explain further.
