Already mentionned in bug 249119
But I get it in all situations:
with report configuration tab:
- the select none works like select all
- if I deselect a payee (and validate the choice), the report still show transactions with it and going back to the configure tab shows all payees selected again
with transcation selection window, same result:
- select none doesn't work
- deselection and validation doesn't work either


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- choose report transactions by account (for example)
- clic configure
- choose payeee tab
- try the select none button => nothing happen
- deselect one payee
- switch to another tab => 'Current selections: Payee' doesn't show
- click Ok button => back to the report, transactions are no filtered


Actual Results:  
- try the select none button => nothing happen

- switch to another tab => 'Current selections: (None)'
- click Ok button => back to the report, transactions are no filtered


Expected Results:  
- try the select none button => deselect all payee
- switch to another tab => 'Current selections: Payee' should be visible
- click Ok button => back to the report, transactions are filtered


Coming from a file made in a previous version, my old reports where well filtered, but after I try to revalidate a selection, I am not able anymore to filter by payee
