Reportedly when you use the Syncronize all Accounts action in KAddresbook-Mobile the folder "Persönliche Kontakte" is added two additional times. 

I am unsure if this means the ressource is duplicated or whether a Kolab folder is multiplied. Needs testing.

I did various tests with kaddressbook mobile today, hit sync all accounts everytime i wanted a sync at least ~20 times, i was never able to reproduce this bug.

"Persönliche Kontakte" is the default name for a akonadi_contacts_ressource
"Lokale Kontakte" is the shorter default we choose for WinCE for the defaultaddressbook in the akonadi/firstrun folder.

Deleting Configuration means:
delete /my documents/.config
delete /my documents/.kde
delete /my documents/.local
delete /memory card/akonadi

Test1:
- Full shutdown of akonadi
- delete configuration
- Start Akonadi_agent_server
- attach debugger to akonadi_agent_server
- Start KAddressbook
- Wait for 2 Minutes
-> No Ressources are shown
- Hit Syncronize all accounts
-> "Persönliche Kontakte" is shown
- quit Kaddressbok
- start KMail Mobile
- quit Kmail mobile
- start Kaddressbook
- Persönliche Kontakte and Lokale Kontakte are shown
