jpeg files can not be added as an image for a contact in KAddressbook on Windows CE.

Suspected is that the qt jpeg plugin is not built/loaded correctly on Windows CE
i will try to get more debug output tomorrow.

SVN commit 1221299 by aheinecke:

Add a modified configure.exe allows to link the imageplugins for qt
statically into the qtgui.dll
