When I try to edit an entry in the places (bookmarks) bar a dialog is opened where I can enter a description, a location and select an icon for my bookmark. Especially the location input field is very small and I can only see about 8 characters at once. This is hardly enough for even the domain in URLs like 

ftp://www.example.com/this/is/a/folder

and makes it very difficult to edit it. Of course, I can resize the dialog to solve this, but nevertheless it's a bit tiring to resize the dialog over and over again.
