These lines only indicate that you have unsupported tags in your files, but I doubt this causes the crash. Are you using the merged view in the Collection Browser? Yes, I am using the merged view in the Collection Browser. I should also add that after 2-3 restarts, Amarok was finally able to read the tags correctly, so you're probably right that this crash wasn't caused by the tags.
