Sample

Version: 2.2 (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

When setting the background color of a row "dissolves" the default, usual, dim grey borders of each cell: the row is turned into a single colored rectangle with no visible, delimited cell.
In my opinion, there is no reason for this behaviour that does not match the default appearance of a blank spreadsheet.

Worse still: when switching back to "No color" for the background, the row is turned all white, whereas it should appear as it was initially (i.e. before setting a background color).

Reproducible: Always
