After installing KDE for windows and rebooting, my desktop dissapeared totally, I tryed with Safe Mode and all, but I had same problem, what

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install kde, go to kde configuration panel, set on when loggin, set on ozone themes. Reboot.

Actual Results:  
Nothing in my desktop, just the background, can't press right click or do something in it. Can do CTRL+ALT+SPR.

Expected Results:  
Show Start icon, icons in general, some interface to interact.
