Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a new tab.
2. click the "Add Favorite" button in the top-right corner or the "Set new favorite" button underneath one of the existing favorites.
3. open a web page by any means.
4. click "Set to This Page".
5. in the same tab, open a web page by any means.

Actual Results:  
the page opened in step 5 is displayed, but no vertical scrollbar is drawn even if it is needed.

Expected Results:  
the page opened in step 5 is displayed, and a vertical scrollbar is drawn if it is needed.

i didn't check if this affects the horizontal scrollbar similarly.

I can confirm this with latest git version.

I still can confirm this for rekonq 0.6.95.

I made some experiments to get it more precise:

I added so many favorite frames (and I filled them all) that you have to scroll this "favorites" site to see the lower ones. After clicking at "Set to This Page" the favorite is added but you cannot reach it: The vertical scrollbar is already missing here at the "favorites"-site and at very following site in this tab, too.
So, it's missing on every site in a tab, after step "Set to This Page" (step 4) has been clicked in this tab.
