Version:           2.0.89 (using KDE 4.6.0) 
OS:                Linux

Kmail is not recognized as running by the Message Indicator Applet. MIA works with Quassel. Kmail is set to use indicator applet in configure>accounts.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
hasn't worked since upgrade to latest packages

hm, actually, this is not a plasma issue either.

If the mail indicator applet is the thing that duplicates the plasma notifications functions, then it was dropped in KMail 2.
