Description Stan G. Kain 2011-02-03 18:27:49 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

No matter what settings I enable or disable in Power Management, after a period of time, the monitor will go to sleep. The best I'm able to do is set it to 360 minutes, which will keep the monitor awake that long. There is no way I can make the monitor remain awake at all times.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Disable or enable power management Screen Energy Saving and Dim Display, checking or unchecking the boxes and still, the monitor will sleep. Set to 360 minutes and it will stay awake that long, buc cannot disable it.

Actual Results:
Monitor goes to sleep, even when Screen Energy Saving is unchecked.

Expected Results:
I expect the monitor to remain on and awake at all times, when I have disabled Screen Energy Saving in the profile for Power Management.
