Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Tell Firefox to visit <URL: http://kde.org/ >

Actual Results:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://kde.org/

The following error was encountered:

    * Connection to 62.70.27.118 Failed 

The system returned:

    (60) Operation timed out

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again. 

Expected Results:  
  1. The KDE Web page.

This was expected as explained in:
