If I have no OpenPGP and no S/MIME certificate that contains my
email address and I select encryption, I must get a selection dialog
so I can choose one from the certificates I have.

Fixed in commit e14d07a7a51b8fb3ef3acc90c4d4634bc4d1ed96.
